Parshall is a close-knit community where neighbors help neighbors and everyone is welcome. From our active community organizations to our excellent school system, there’s a lot that makes Parshall a great place to call home.
Annual Events & Festivals
Parshall Promoters and other community organizations keep our calendar full of family-friendly events throughout the year:
- Easter Egg Hunt (April) — Annual community egg hunt at the park
- Santee Lucky Mound Celebration (Late June) — Major cultural celebration and powwow at the grounds south of Parshall, featuring dancing, music, food, crafts, and camping
- Fourth of July — Fireworks, food, and festivities at Main Street and Parshall Bay
- HarvestFest (September) — Main Street car show, farmers market, vendors, pumpkin sales, live music, and family activities
- Trunk or Treat (October 31) — Decorated trunks line Main Street for kids to trick-or-treat, 5:00 – 6:30 PM
- Holiday Craft & Vendor Fair (November) — Local artisans and vendors at the Parshall Braves gymnasium
- Christmas Light Parade (December) — Decorated floats and vehicles parade through town
- Pinewood Derby (Winter) — Kids’ racing event at the school auditorium
